The project exists of an 18th century office building with a 20th century extension. We where asked by the client to design a new extension with luxury apartments for pensioners. To connect the old with the new was quite a challenge. Due to a smart intervention in the landscape we where able to create bigger apartments with a higher value for the client.

In the design we transformed an existing 80ties office building into 70 light and modern apartments. By leaving the main construction intact we are able to redevelop the building with minimal cost and maximal renewability.
